Petty Kiritsuke 150mm in stainless Sandvik 14C28N. The blade has been ground thin and finished to 800 grit. It has a traditional octagonal wa handle made out of white elforyn and black G10.

Santoku Kiritsuke with a 180mm cutting edge, made of 2.3mm (3/32") Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel. The blade is hand sanded and finished to 400 grit. It has a multipart Micarta handle with G10 liners.
Santoku 190mm in O1 at 62 HRC. It’s been slightly hollow ground for a nice slicing action, and it’s finished to 800 grit. The handle is stabilised mahogany finished to 1200 grit and polished.
Petty 150mm in O1 at 65 HRC. The blade is hand sanded to 800 grit. Handle is stabilised rosewood with G10 liners. It’s been finished to 1200 grit and polished.

Sujihiki 270mm in 2.5mm RWL34 at 64 HRC. Blade has a convex grind and a long nice taper, and is finished to 600 grit. It’s got a wa handle made of stabilised curly birch and a pakka wood ferrule with G10 liners. It is finished to 1200 grit and polished.

Hunter in stainless San Mai with 420 cladding and high carbon 1095 core. It has a flat grind with a swedge and is finished to 400 grit. The handle has removable scales in Micarta with G10 liners and is finished to a subdued 400 grit.

Utility Hawk in O1 at 60 HRC. Flats finished to 400 grit and acid etched. Flat ground bevels and belt finished to 120 grit. Handle is paracord wrapped. Sharpened convexed to 25 DPS. Length is 300 mm. Skeleton handle for lightness.
Competition style chopper in 6mm (15/64”) O1 at 61 HRC. It’s got a flat grind and is finished to 400 grit. The handle is stabilised Padauk with a paper Micarta bolster and G10 liner. It’s heavily contoured and feels great in the hand. It’s been finished to 400 grit and lightly buffed.
Bowie-Machete-Chopper in 6mm O1 at 61 HRC. Blade is finished to 240 grit for a working finish. Handle is tough canvas Micarta finished to 240 grit for a good grip, secured with Corby bolts. The swedge is fully sharpened and will shave, just as well as the long and curvy cutting edge. Handle length is hand and a half.
EDC in american tanto style in 3mm O1 at 62 HRC. Blade is finished to 600 grit. Handle is paper Micarta with G10 liners and is finished to 400 grit.
